About Forum:
It all started with an idea. Oliver Selric is a third-year university student in London who wanted to foster a sense of community for young creatives. Forum was born. Forum hosts events where young creatives can share their ideas, collaborate, and support one another.
However, in order to scale up and reach a wider audience, Forum would need to have a clear purpose. Branding Forum as a creative community would be essential for its growth.
Problem Statement:
How might we establish a clear purpose, messaging, and structure for Forum, in order to effectively communicate its intentions to the intended audience and build a strong foundation for its growth and development?
Introduction to Forum
Understanding social enterprises and the motivation of our clients is essential
Research & Analysis
To create a brand identity for Forum, firstly we needed to understand what a Forum event looked like, its pain and gain points. Various methods were utilized during the primary research phase, such as user journey mapping.
An unique business model was designed for an organization that identifies as a social enterprise
Output
Branding Forum means providing the organization with a clear purpose. Defining its values, mission, and vision allows Forum to grow towards its goal without losing focus.
Additionally, Forum also needs a clear plan of execution so that events can run smoothly and the organization can positively impact its stakeholders, young creatives who seek to share their ideas and flourish within a supportive community.
Insights were obtained after analyzing data from primary research such as survey and stakeholder interviews. Additionally, frameworks such as value proposition and stakeholder mapping were utilized.
